From 1927 through 1929, Brian Keith's stepmother was Peg Entwistle. Maybe Peg's influence gave the 1961 Parent Trap star the acting bug?

Peg starred in one film before she died called "Thirteen Women." Maybe she wasn't the depressed starlet that history has made her out to be and something else happened that fateful night? One thing is for certain - the legend of the Hollywood Sign girl is alive and well today.
