Eager to explore Sony Pictures Studio Tour? Fantastic choice! This iconic experience is a top attraction for any Los Angeles visit. There are a number of exciting tours available, each offering a unique and unforgettable experience. The only problem is that you might have difficulty deciding which tour you should take. This guide is designed to help you select the one that is tailored best to your group's interests—not to mention your busy schedule. Let's take a look.

Daily Tours

Jeopardy! Game Show

Offered on Mondays through Fridays, this 2-hour guided walking tour should be easy to fit into your timetable. Even young children who tend to get bored on longer tours should be sufficiently impressed by this one.

As soon as you step through the legendary gates, you'll feel like you've entered another world. With the help of your expert guide, you can explore the soundstages where classic flicks such as "The Wizard of Oz," "Spider-Man," and "Men in Black" were filmed. Modern long-running game shows like "Wheel of Fortune" and "Jeopardy!" also take place on-set.

Since this is a working soundstage, something exciting is always taking place. You might bump into one of your favorite celebrities while taking in the atmosphere.

Before you go, check out a map of the area to get your bearings. If you're driving to the studio, note that parking is available off of Overland in the Overland Parking structure.

VIP Coffee Tour

Sony Pictures Studio Water Tank

Java junkies will relish this opportunity to visit one of the busiest studios on the planet and the famous Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Your immersive experience begins when you enter the studio and leave the real world behind—while traveling via a golf cart!

Start your adventure in the Visitor's Center, where your guide will greet you. Then move on to the Sony Museum, where you can inspect artifacts and real props from numerous iconic films. You'll even be able to get your picture taken with a real Emmy—or even an Oscar®.

This intimate tour lasts 2 hours (departing at 3 pm daily) and can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests. A free souvenir photo is included in the tour price.

VIP Lunch Tour

Looking for something a little more high-class? On the VIP Lunch Tour, you'll get personalized attention from a knowledgeable guide and a delectable 3-course meal in the Sony Commissary Dining Room. Famed chef Wolfgang Puck will curate your menu, and your guide will be happy to share personal stories and tales from behind the scenes while you relax over lunch.

After your exclusive Sony Pictures Studio Tour, you'll receive a souvenir photo and an employee discount on merchandise at the studio store. This experience is well worth the cost for film buffs and foodies alike.

Twilight Tour

If you'd prefer to visit the studios later in the day, the Twilight Tour will be right up your alley. Note that this option is offered only on Thursdays from 6 to 8 pm, so make sure you'll be available during this time if you want to try it out.

When you wander through the sets of some of your favorite films, you'll feel like you've stepped right into the action. Taking the tour in the evening will only add to the romance and glamour of the experience.
